Consumer of said art and media that I create will be called "Client" throughout the rules, while Artist will be called "Seller". Please make sure to read the following;001. Credits must be left on the piece that seller creates/and or is labelled elsewhere within the duration of sharing or publishing Seller's works on social media. Client failure to comply/and or purposefully leave credit out will result within being blacklisted and blocked from seller. Client will not be allowed to commission seller again.002. Client must pay 50% of the total amount upfront first, then the rest of the 50% after receiving the seller's full piece. Client will only receive full piece upon paying in full, otherwise the pieces and sketch/drafts in question will be a heavily watermarked version. Client cannot get a refund if a sketch or draft of the piece is already made and agreed upon. Client must pay with USD and the appropriate payment options, as Seller cannot get payment through anything else.003. Client can request a refund towards Seller if the Seller does not get back to them within two weeks. Client and Seller must have a open and frequent communication for business and better purposes for less misunderstandings.004. Seller is allowed to refuse service towards a Client for reasonings such as misconduct (harassment, bullying, poor treatment, etc.) or own personal preferences. Continuing to harass and or push boundaries will serve as a blacklist from the Seller.005. Seller's prices are determined also by complexities/and or species of said piece. While the price guide is a good place to start, please do keep this in mind. If Client wishes or has a desire for something that may not be on the said prices, Client may inquire to Seller about their ideas. Seller will happily be glad to listen.006. Client shall receive their full art piece through their email (provided towards the Seller) for the reasoning of the piece being the highest quality. Client's email will be confidential and never shared towards the public by the Seller, as the email is only to provide the Clientele with their paid commission.
